That’s the story of the past few days. First, on Friday night, delicious salmon poached in a whole bottle of Pinot Noir; that was at home. Second, Saturday noon, a surprisingly good tuna salad at a synagogue kiddush. Saturday evening, I had chicken mole, but my wife had a wonderful sauteed snapper at Rosa Mexicana. Sunday lunch – leftover salmon. Sunday night at Indian restaurant Masala Art, excellent fillet of sole in a mint/coconut curry sauce.
